Here are some very quick-and-easy things you can do to change your life to lose weight.
This may also motivate you to do some of the “harder” things you must do to really shed those pounds and keep them off.

• Make Exercise a Priority. Exercise will reduce your stress levels by releasing endorphins. WHen you are stressed, your adrenal glands release the hormone cortisol which boosts the activity of the enzyme lipoprotein lipase—causing your body to store fat.
• Get a Good Night’s Sleep! Your sleep deprivation may cause slow carbohydrate metabolism to occur, increase your cortisol levels, lower leptin (a hunger-suppressing hormone) and increase the appetite-stimulating hormone ghrelin!
• Watch the High-Glycemic Foods. White bread, sweet fruits (!), pasta, sugary cereals, soda and baked goods all usually have a high glycemic index. Eating them causes a surge in insulin—increasing the fat storage and preventing th breakdown of fat in your body. And, it makes you want to eat even more!
