Is It Hunger… Or THIRST?

People often confuse thirst for hunger. And, when trying to lose weight, this is a big problem.

So, how can you know?

It’s easy…

Think back to the last time you ate. If it’s less than an hour ago, it’s doubtful that you’re hungry.

Try drinking an 8 oz. glass of water and you’ll find the “hunger pangs” will cease!
