Breakfast seems to be the hardest meal for most people. I call it the Mystery Meal, because my clients usually don’t have a clue what to eat for breakfast.
Rather than skipping breakfast—like most people do—eat some oatmeal or some other hot breakfast cereal.
Skip breakfast = Weigh more. Not good. You’ll want to eat more later in the day because you’ll be starving!!
Oh, and if you want to eat some eggs with bacon and potatoes (as seen in most buffets), expect to gain weight. You can’t get around that.
My advice: Skip any buffet and order one thing from the menu.
